2012 in review

Below are the “stats” for my blog for the past year. This little community reaches 92 countries! How cool is that?! Words can’t express my gratitude to you, my readers/my family. Thank you for coming here, for sharing, for holding the energy for a new relationship with animals and nature. Okay, let’s get into every country in the world next year!

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 11,000 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 18 years to get that many views.

It is amazing the effective reach of posting in a blog can have!! And you know in some small way you have influenced in subtle ways the outlook that people have on life and the universe!! It is my distinct honor to be connected to you Susan via your blog and I will continue to ponder your postings with deep feeling as the years go by. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Richard, seeing the world map really was a revelation to me, to know that at least a few from all over the world had found some post of mine. It is a very humbling and awesome thing. My blog is by no means a “busy” or “successful” one in the current terminology, but it is big enough for me! Many New Year’s blessings to you!
